45 North Vineyard and Winery Recreation Trail
45 North Vineyard and Winery has been the first land manager to build mountain bike trails in Leelanau County. They have generously opened their trails to the public.
The trails consist of two loops, the bottom vineyard loop is ~1.3 miles of easy trail, while the top vineyard loop includes steep climbs and a stunning view in a ~1.2 mile loop. Take your riding to the next level while climbing singletrack switchbacks to the top vineyard loop, enjoy the view and then descend on the other side with a tight singletrack winding down through the woods. Total milage including all loops is roughly 3 miles.
Don't forget to stop inside to quench your thirst with a delicious cider and thank the staff for the public trails.
