April 3rd in Michigan, currently snowing. Potentially 12 inches of snow by the end of tomorrow. Sure seems exactly like spring here in Northern Michigan.
But, we're looking ahead and are oh so excited about our collaboration with The Leelanau Conservancy for an Earth Week bike event at 45 North Vineyard and Winery. Did you know that 45 North has a conservation easement with The Leelanau Conservancy that will restrict it from development and keep the land in farming? We think that's pretty cool.
The Earth Week bike party is from 1-4 on Saturday April 21st. We invite anyone interested in riding bikes, celebrating Earth Week, spending time outside, and/or being a part of a vibrant outdoor community to come join the fun. The ever wonderful Suttons Bay Bikes will be there with free demo bikes for you to check out, we'll be leading group rides on the hour, 45 North will have wine and small bites available for purchase and Tom Nelson, the ED of the Leelanau Conservancy has an exciting announcement for us.
We're looking forward to spending the day with you.
